Connecting Rooms: First Floor 101, 102 and 103 our "mini rooms" with single Queen beds. 103 has a kitchenette and direct access to our patio, making these rooms perfect for couples or families traveling together. 104 and 106, our "full suite" both with single Queen beds. 104 has a sitting area with a view of the bay and a full kitchen. 106 has access to our lovely front porch. Perfect for a larger family or two couples traveling together. 105 which faces the courtyard (we provide a grill for barbecuing!!) is our largest room in the inn with two full beds, a kitchenette area, private bath and a desk/ sitting are, ideal for a family with children. There is plenty of room for air mattresses and sleeping bags!
105 does not connect to another room.
109,110 also connect, are our newest rooms, have their own private porch facing the courtyard.
109 is handicapped accessible with a lift up to the porch and a fully accessible bathroom
111 is also new, a queen, no water view.

Second Floor: 201, 202 and 203. 201 and 202 each have King beds, with access to a second floor balcony offering sweeping views of the bay. 203 has a Queen with a full kitchen. Perfect for couples traveling together or a family needing a kitchen and a separate room for the kids!

204 and 205. 204 has a King and 205 has two full beds A microwave and refrigerator is available in 205. This is a great suite for a larger family.
206 and 207 Do not connect but boast some of the best views of the bay!
206 offers sweeping panoramic views of the bay, a Victorian inspired fireplace, with a queen bed, large sitting area, small private bath with a shower and a private balcony.
207 offers views straight across the bay, a king size bed, large bathroom with a bathtub, a second vanity area separate from the bathroom, a refrigerator and microwave and another beautiful ceramic tiled fireplace. 207 also has a private balcony

"Cottage in the Clouds:" Four full sleeping rooms on the 3rd floor with a shared bath, three with amazing views of the bay. A fifth smaller room contains a full kitchen and a small pull out IKEA sofa.Ideal for a group of four to six traveling together.
